Dynamic Upgrade Paths by Archetype
Dynamic Upgrade Paths are a major new feature based on position archetypes. Each path has its own overall rating and improves groups of ratings associated with a specific playstyle. This allows similarly rated players to evolve into very different builds over time, adding a layer of strategy to team building. Each upgrade step randomly increases a subset of ratings within the archetype’s rating group, creating variation and differentiation. For example, two Halfback player items may begin with similar ratings but can develop into uniquely different players based on the upgrades chosen. This system encourages players to invest in their favorite items and tailor them to their preferred playstyle, making each player’s journey unique.

The new upgrade system includes quality of life improvements such as viewing Objectives directly on Items, streamlining the progression process.
