Use the Ability Management flow to activate or deactivate abilities, review Ability Point costs, and track how much active AP your lineup is using. Ability tiers include:

Chemistry slots and strategy items should support how you actually play. A run-heavy Dynasty-style Ultimate Team build should prioritize blocking, power, and ball-carrier support. A spread passing team needs route running, pass protection, and receiver separation. On defense, match abilities and strategy boosts to your coverage shell, pressure plan, and user-control position. Experiment with different combinations to find what works best for your scheme.
