Recruiting System

The recruiting system has been completely rebuilt. You now scout prospects over multiple in-game weeks, schedule official campus visits, navigate NIL influence factors, and compete against other programs for top talent. Check team ratings to see how your program stacks up.

Transfer Portal

The Transfer Portal introduces realistic mid-career player movement. Star players at smaller programs may transfer to bigger schools for more exposure, adding a new layer of roster management.

Coach Skill Trees

Your coach progresses through an RPG-style skill tree with three archetypes: Recruiter, Tactician, and Motivator. Each archetype offers unique bonuses that shape your coaching style. Find the best playbook for your chosen archetype.

Dynasty Blueprint and Athletic Director Expectations

The Dynasty Blueprint system adds a program identity layer that connects expectations, school identity, staff building, NIL, facilities, recruiting, roster retention, and coach strategy. Athletic Director goals are tied to each school and its priorities. Dynasty Points refresh during the End of Season Recap stage and do not roll over year to year. Learn more about Dynasty Points. Team Builder and Presentation

Team Builder returns with expanded customization, allowing players to replace up to 16 teams with custom creations. ESPN College GameDay integration adds broadcast-quality presentation.
