What is the EA Play Pro points schedule?
EA Play Pro members receive 500 College Football Points per month for up to 12 months, with a maximum of 6,000 points. The first claim window runs from July 9 to July 31, 2026, for members who were active before July 9. Members joining after July 9 will start earning in the month they join.
How does standard EA Play differ?
Standard EA Play offers a 10-hour trial of College Football 27, a Welcome Pack, and monthly College Football 27 Ultimate Team packs during the launch month. It does not provide unlimited access or monthly points like EA Play Pro.

- Confirm whether your membership is EA Play standard or EA Play Pro.
- Ensure the EA account tied to your platform is the one with the active membership.
- Claim your Pro points between July 9 and July 31 if you were active before July 9.
- For trial access issues, check account settings and treat launcher problems as account-specific until EA posts a wider incident.
